These Terms govern your use of fundedquants.com, trade.fundedquants.com, help.fundedquants.com and every service offered under the FundedQuants brand (the "Services"), operated by The League Enterprise, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a program you accept these Terms.
1. What we sell
We sell access to trading evaluation programs on simulated accounts. A program fee buys one account with the rules published on the program page at the time of purchase. Accounts are simulated: no order is ever routed to an exchange or liquidity provider and no customer funds are used for trading. Performance rewards are discretionary payments made by us, from our own funds, to traders whose funded accounts meet every rule.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction listed at checkout. One person, one identity: you may hold several accounts under a single website login.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are shown in US dollars and paid in USD-pegged stablecoins (USDC or USDT) on the networks offered at checkout, or through a card partner when available. A payment is complete when the transfer to our wallet is confirmed on chain or reported paid by the partner. Network fees are paid by the sender. Spark accounts carry an activation fee that becomes payable only after the evaluation is passed.
4. Rules
Each account follows the rule snapshot it was sold with: profit targets, maximum and daily loss limits, minimum days, best-day rules, per-trade risk limits, time limits and reward schedules. The rules engine applies them automatically. A hard breach closes the account; positions are closed at the market.
5. Prohibited practices
Arbitrage of price feeds or latency, exploitation of stale or erroneous prices, tick scalping, hedging across accounts or firms, account sharing, third-party account management, abusive automation, and any attempt to gain an advantage from a defect in the Services are prohibited. We may void rewards, close accounts and refuse service where we find them.
6. Rewards
Rewards are requested from the dashboard and reviewed before payment. We may ask for identity verification. The trader's share is set by the account's profit split. Rewards are paid in stablecoins to the wallet you provide; you are responsible for giving a correct address on the right network.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Used accounts are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, the FQ Terminal, our names, logos and content belong to us. You may not copy, scrape or resell them.
9. Liability
The Services are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network, data-feed or blockchain outages.
10. Changes
We may change these Terms and the programs we sell. Changes never alter the rules of an account you have already bought.
