This policy explains what The League Enterprise, LLC collects when you use FundedQuants and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, country and the profile details you choose to add.
- Trading data: orders, positions, trades and account metrics on our simulated accounts.
- Payment data: order details, sending wallet address and transaction hashes. We never receive card numbers; card partners process them directly.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and security logs.
- Verification data, when requested before a reward: identity and address documents.
Why we use it
To provide the Services, apply the trading rules, pay rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and answer support requests. We send product emails only if you opt in.
Sharing
With hosting, payment, analytics and verification providers that process data on our behalf, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and trading records are kept for as long as your account exists and up to five years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Verification documents are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, subject to legal retention duties. Open a ticket to make a request.
